Welcome to Firefly, A Neighborhood Restaurant in Dupont Circle
Juxtaposing a down-to-earth vibe with gourmet cuisine by Executive Chef Todd Wiss, Firefly is a quintessential neighborhood restaurant with a glimmer of urban edge. From the kitchen cottage façade to the garden-inspired cocktail list and lantern-bedecked tree, everything at our Dupont Circle restaurant takes inspiration from a twilight picnic in the woods - but it's our American comfort food that takes center stage. Our seasonally driven menu features fresh fare from local farmers and purveyors, while signature dishes such as the mini pot roast or deviled eggs reinvent classic cuisine. At the bar, master mixologist Jon Harris helms a beverage program defined by small batch beer, all-American wine and fanciful craft cocktails. Come visit the Firefly family for a bite or a sip and see why our restaurant has been a neighborhood fixture for more than 10 years.
To celebrate the opening of Made in the USA: American Masters from The Phillips Collection, 1850–1970, Firefly’s Chef Todd Wiss and bar manager Jon Harris participated in the museum’s popular Phillips After 5 March event, creating inventive food and cocktail pairings, inspired by the American artists on display. If you missed the event, you can check out Jon Harris’ special Made in the USA cocktail menu available throughout the month of March with proof of your Phillips Collection visit.
Made in the USA is open now through August, 31st, 2014.
Join us for a "Lightning Lunch" Monday thru Friday from 11:30am to 2pm.
For just $22, your lunch includes a hand-crafted non-alcoholic "mocktail" conceived by head bartender Jon Harris, an appetizer, entrée, and a granola snack packaged to-go for those in a rush.
Bring your kids to Firefly and we'll give them their very own flower shaped cookie to decorate with fun toppings. Then, while you enjoy your meal our chef will bake it up for dessert.
